This article explains how to use the Strategy Analysis Tools within the Strategy Office to input SWOT, PESTEL, or Porter’s Five Forces analyses.

Overview

The Strategy Office includes a dedicated Strategy Analysis module, allowing you to input and manage key strategic analyses such as SWOT, PESTEL, and Porter's Five Forces. These structured inputs form the foundation of your strategic planning process and are used by AIZO to generate insights, highlight risks and opportunities, and support strategic alignment across your portfolios and initiatives.

📌Access the Strategy Analysis Tool

You can open the tool in two ways:

  • Option 1: From the main navigation, go to
Strategy → Develop → Strategy Analysis
