The Planning Studio at the portfolio level in AIZOPlan provides a centralized workspace to visualize and manage the strategic transformation journey across your portfolio.
It enables agile planning through two powerful views—Roadmap View and Kanban View—designed to help you align long-term goals with day-to-day execution and ensure portfolio initiatives stay on track.
📌Access the Planning Studio
You can access the Planning Studio in two ways:
- Option 1 : Go to Portfolio → Plan → Planning Studio
- Option 2 : Open the Planning Studio directly from the Portfolio Office.
