How to Use the Planning Studio at Project Level

This article explains how to access and use the Planning Studio at the project level in AIZOPlan. You'll learn how to visualize project timelines using the Roadmap View and manage execution stages through the Kanban View to support both planning and agile delivery.

Overview

The Planning Studio at the project level in AIZOPlan provides a centralized space to visualize and manage project timelines and delivery cadence.
It supports agile planning by offering two distinct but complementary views — Roadmap View and Kanban View

📌Access the Planning Studio

You can access the Planning Studio in two ways:

  • option 1 : Go to Project → Develop → Planning Studio
  • Option 2 : Open the Planning Studio directly from the Project Office.

You can switch between two powerful views to plan and monitor projects at a glance:


🔹 Roadmap View

Use Roadmap View to:

  • Select a time frame (months, or quarters, year, or custom)

  • Visualize project timelines across an entire program

  • Compare and align multiple projects in one place

This view is ideal for planning and timeline coordination.


  • Kanban View

Use Kanban View to:

  • Track project progress through delivery stages (e.g., Ready, Implementing, Completed)

  • Manage delivery cadence across all projects

  • Drag and drop projects between stages for real-time status updates

This view is perfect for operational tracking and agile execution.
