How to Use the Strategy Performance Dashboard
This article explains how to visualize and interpret the Strategy Performance section of the Strategy Dashboard. It provides executives and strategic leaders with a real-time assessment of how well the strategy is progressing across Themes, Strategic Objectives, and Key Results (KRs).
The Strategy Dashboard consolidates four complementary views to provide end-to-end visibility from strategic intent to execution:
-
Financial Performance
-
Risk Performance
-
Strategy Performance
-
Project Performance
Each view can be displayed:
-
Across all Strategic Goals for global execution visibility, or
-
Focused on a single Strategic Goal for a targeted view of its initiatives and outcomes.
🔍 Overview - Strategy Performance
The Strategy Performance Dashboard provides executives and strategic leaders with a real-time, comprehensive assessment of strategic execution across Strategic Themes, Strategic Objectives, and Key Results (KRs).

By consolidating all strategic performance signals, AIZOPlan clearly reveals:

Where support or corrective action is required
This transforms strategy tracking into an active governance discipline rather than a passive reporting exercise.
