How to Vizualize and Export Program Dashboards 

This article explains how to access, use, and export program-level dashboards. It outlines five key dashboards that provide real-time insights into project status, financial performance, and risk health.

Overview

AIZOPlan provides a set of program-level dashboards that offer real-time insights into execution, financial alignment, and overall program health—empowering you to make informed, data-driven decisions.

📌Access Program Dashboards 

  • Navigate to the main menu:
Program > Track > Program Dashboard

 

🔍Understand Program Dashboards

Below are the five available dashboards and their purpose:

 

  • Project Count by Status (PJ Nb % Status)

Displays the number of projects within the program, grouped by their current Kanban status.

 

  • Project Spend by Status (PJ Spend % Status)


Shows the percentage of spend across projects, categorized by their status, to monitor financial progress.

  • Forecast vs. Fund


    Compare the program’s forecasted costs with the actual allocated funds, helping identify funding gaps or surplus.

  • Project Spend vs. Fund


    Track actual spend vs. allocated fund per project within the program for more granular financial control.

  • Health Status


    Provides a snapshot of overall program health based on ROAM risk categories (Accepted, Owned, Mitigated, Resolved).
